About Russell L

Rusty grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana, where he began working odd jobs at an early age, learning
the value of hard work and the rewards of earning a living. From restaurants to home building, he finally
found his place in the marketplace: sales.
After visiting Fayetteville and falling in love with the area, he moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1987
and entered the cellular phone business the following year. He has made a career in the cellular phone
business over the last three decades, building relationships and earning the trust and respect of the
Northwest Arkansas community.
Rusty has the drive and customer service skills to help families realize the hope of acquiring their
dream home, working through the process, leaving no stone unturned, to accomplish the best experience
possible.
Rusty and his wife, Shannon are members of Catalyst Church in Bentonville. They have two beautiful
grandkids in Bella Vista, home to their daughter and son-in-law.
